Exchange & Return Policy

At DiabeTea, we prioritize your health and satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-business day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your product.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Products must be returned in the original condition: unopened, unused, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team:
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.
  • For products valued over RM300 (Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred), we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your product upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened health products, supplements, or any clearance items.
  • Condition of Returns: Returned products must be in new, unopened condition with the original packaging intact. We do not accept returns for products that have been used, tampered with, or soiled.

Exchanges

  • If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, we offer exchanges to ensure you receive the right health solution. Please contact us for assistance:
  • Note: Exchanges are not available for international orders. However, you may return the product as per our return policy.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  1. After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will issue a refund in the form of a Return Discount Code (no cash refunds) within 7-14 days.
  2. The Return Discount Code can be applied to your next purchase and is valid for 90 days. The code will expire after this period.
